All metal, with a secure, rotating spring loaded clamp mechanism. The clever design lets the PS 3 fold out into a tabletop stand, with a micro ball head mechanism for versatile positioning, or fit directly into an Arca style tripod head for more sophisticated jobs. Each edge of the clamping mechanism can accommodate an ISO standard shoe accessory (sold separately) and there's
