2020 Bella Terra “Wild Ferment” Riesling grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper The palate is packed withIts no secret that the 2020 vintage was a spectacular year for the warm Four Mile Creek appellation in Niagara on the Lake, and our Wild Ferment Riesling is no exception. Fermented with 100% indigenous yeast from our home vineyard, this wine has developed aromas of orange blossom, honey suckle, green apple, grapefruit and a spark of white flowers like jasmine and lilac. The palate has already evolved and offers great textural and creamy aspects with
