Diablo has a strong ability that lets you draw cards passively, and even its main set version will probably cost quite a bit for a while on the singles market

Impulsivity This deck has an entire cycle of bizarre elemental incarnations with encore and I love them all (which is why there are two more on the list) but the most fun is probably Impulsitivity

Given the price history of white Commander staples (see: Archaeomancers Map, Smugglers Share, Smothering Tithe, etc.), I think Archivist will hit a minimum of $30
